Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement, for a fee of 150 CZK per night.

Price for the entire house including utilities and sauna for 1-8 people. Each additional person 400 CZK/night.
* The price includes standard energy consumption
Cancellation fees:
- cancellation within 30 days before the stay 0%
- cancellation within 14 days before the stay 50%
- otherwise 100%
* For each stay, a deposit of 50% of the price is paid in advance + 5000 CZK refundable deposit on site, municipal fees are separate and amount to 20 CZK/person/day.

Our story
I originally had a different text, but my brother wrote a better one, check it out :)
Why us, why Lipoffka , or how did it all start?
Have you ever had that urge… more like a calling… that whispers to you: “Buy an older property, fix it up, and start renting it out.” No? Me neither. :)
But my brother did! And that's exactly how it all started – with a phone call.
A phone call asking if I would go on something like that. And I did. Without much thought and with full confidence, because I knew that it would be a blast with my brother – even if it didn't work out.
And it really was a ride... We devoted almost every weekend since the beginning of the year to repairs and improvements: clearing out, painting, demolishing, building, painting again, cleaning, improving, moving, painting again... landscaping the garden, building a sauna and a playground... and yes, painting again.
We wanted to offer people the kind of facilities we would look for on vacation ourselves – and that's how Lipoffka was created. So why choose Lipoffka? It's not the Hilton, but it was built by ordinary people for ordinary people. Because we put a little bit of ourselves into it and did everything to the best of our ability. And because it's a really great place to take a few days off....:)
It should be added that none of the above would have been possible without the help of our family – especially our parents, who worked on this project from start to finish. We owe them a huge thank you for that… and maybe we’ll even let them stay with us for free sometimes. :)

Our recommendations - what to do here and where to go on a trip
Lázně Lipová – a relaxing village where life is peaceful
Lipová Spa is not just a name on the map - it is a real spa with an atmosphere that combines the tranquility of the mountains, the clean air of the Jeseníky Mountains, and at the same time a lively public space where there is always something going on.
Right in the village, not far from us, you will find the Schroth Spa – a place that will be loved by both lovers of a healthy lifestyle and those who simply want to walk barefoot on pine cones, gravel, wood or stones. Yes, there is a nature trail for barefoot people that ends at a stream with cold water. After this, your feet will think they belong to some Zen master.
If it's summer and the sun has something to say, be sure not to miss the newly renovated natural pond with sculptures carved from wood - this is where an Instagram photo is created.
And for those looking for exercise with a view - Jeseníky offers a wealth of cycling routes and hiking trails - you can start straight from Lipoffka - if you are looking for something shorter, head to the spa lift " Lázeňák ". In winter, it will take you up the slope, in summer you can walk under it or stop for refreshments. It operates all year round and has the best of mountain romance and practical accessibility.
🎂 And when you return from your trip and feel like something sweet, we recommend Cukrárna Nostalgie (a home-made classic, as it should be), or sit on the terrace at the Lipa Hotel. And if it's time for a proper meal? Na Rychte Restaurant is the answer - portions of honest Czech cuisine, after which the trip up the hill will have to be postponed a little longer.
