​General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and cancellation policy

1. Reservation and payment

The reservation is valid after confirmation by the operator and payment of a deposit (50% of the price). The balance is payable upon arrival or as agreed. The guest will also pay a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 upon arrival. This deposit serves as security for any damage caused during the stay.
In the event of damage or loss of equipment, the accommodation provider has the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the deposit corresponding to the amount of the damage. The unused portion of the deposit will be returned upon the guest's departure.

 

2. Cancellation of reservation

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee 100% of the deposit.

 

3. Guest's responsibility

The guest is responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.

 

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
